Support Groups

Parents need support at all stages of their journeys. Building a village for yourself and your family includes meeting other parents while you're pregnant and when you're in the trenches of postpartum. Our Prenatal Support Group is virtual and fits into your busy work and family schedule leading up to the birth of your baby. The Postpartum Support Group offers a safe space to get out of the house with your newborn and be in community with other new moms.

Leyla R.

“Maria is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and flexible. She will start by asking what your preferences and beliefs around birth and parenting are and will adapt to them. She provides the perfect balance between being an educator and a supportive presence that will help you achieve your goals. She has a wealth of information on how to not only take care of your baby but also on how to stay mentally and physically healthy as new parents. Thanks, Maria!”
